Shipping policy

Orders are shipped through Australia Post either as untracked or tracked postage, depending on the option selected at check-out. Processing time for parcels is between 1-5 business days.

All sticker sheets and sticker sets are sent in envelopes using letter postage to keep shipping costs low. Letter postage is untracked, but you can opt to include tracking at check-out at an additional cost.

Stickers are sent with a thick board to prevent bending. All materials used for packaging are made from recycled materials and can be placed in your recycling bins to be used again.

Any items that are not sent by letter post are packaged in secure parcel boxes, with protective packaging to secure your goodies.

Note that if your products come in a cellophane bag, that bag is home compostable! That’s why they don’t look perfectly clear. We source them from an Australian business for their eco-friendly approach to packaging solutions.
